Well, worry NO MORE!
I have the perfect plan!
It even comes with the guarantee that you will NOT over train!
It's simple really....
2-3 days of running, and then 2-3 months off!
I promise you will feel refreshed and excited to get back to your 2 days of running!!!
I have tested this out on myself!
There are a few disclaimers though:
You may have sore muscles every time you run your 2-3 days!
You will NOT increase your speed or endurance!
It will NOT reduce stress!
You will find racing to be tough!
You may gain weight!
Good Luck!
=)

ReplyDeleteThat's really good! Are you carrying on with this program?
ReplyDeleteYou are too funny! Thanks for the advice!
ReplyDeleteI'm about ready to do this if it wasn't for my 1000 mile goal. I can feel myself in need of 2 - 3 months off of running!!!
ReplyDeletenice....still chuckling here...;-)
ReplyDelete2 - 3 months off of running! I'll begin running next year.
ReplyDeleteYou wrote an interesting post Sherri :)
Excellent! Thanks for the advice:) It is so true that it takes time to get back in shape after time off. I took time off last year...only a few weeks and I was shocked at how quickly I lost it.
ReplyDeleteHang in there Sherri!
What a wise advice! I will follow it step by step!!!! Thank you.
